Life saving programs for animals shelters have been available for over a decade. They currently exist successfully in over 200 communities in the United States. They are successful in public and private shelters, shelters positioned in urban and rural areas, different political areas and areas of varying affluency, and communities that include puppy farms and backyard breeders.
Learn about how people have implemented the life saving programs and how it has effected their community. This video was written by Nathan Winograd and produced in partnership No Kill Nation and Sagacity Productions.
